Any tips on being seated quickly?
"Sushi Den is the best! The chefs and staff know exactly what to do. The constant crowd is proof of your great attention to detail." as one of our customers says. Sushi Den is a very busy restaurant, however the fact we are busy allows us to turn the fish over quickly. You are assured that the high quality fish you're eating is always fresh. Don't be discouraged by a little wait--be encouraged to know that when you do sit down and eat that your sushi will be the freshest around. That being said, here are some tips on how to be seated quickly:
- The wait normally starts about 6:00pm and ends about 9:00pm during the week.
- The wait is normally shorter on Monday and Tuesday night.
- The wait is significantly shorter on major game nights.
- It is very easy to be immediately seated for lunch (weekdays only).

How does Sushi Den get such fresh fish?
We are one of the very first sushi bars in the United States to purchase directly from the fish market in Japan! Its no wonder the fish at Sushi Den is so fresh! Many exotic fish are flown in daily from Japan, The Philippines, Canada, Mexico, and Spain, as well as from Seattle, Boston, Hawaii, and Florida.
Koichi, our youngest brother, goes to the fish market at 4:00 AM in Japan. He carefully handpicks the fish, then within a few hours, the fish speeds its way to Denver. Toshi also goes to the local fish market at 7:00 AM in Denver 6 days a week, where he painstakingly handpicks the freshest fish available just for that day. Subscribe to the Bi-Monthly NewsLetter to see what our Catch of the Day is.

Why is Sushi Den's food so tasty?
Not only do we use the freshest and best ingredients available, our chefs are very well trained. In fact, quite a few chefs and owners of other sushi bars in the metropolitan area got their training in Sushi Den. We also use only highly purified water for serving and cooking.
