This is Yasu here. Some of you have attended my sushi making class called Sliced in the last few years. And I have had many from my sushi making class ask me for more details about the Japan trip with me. Over the years, I have also been asked by many of our wonderful guests to lead a tour in Japan.
So, in fact, approximately 10 years ago, I led my very 1st tour and since then, I have led another 6 tours for a small group of our guests and friends.
We do two 10 days tours back to back, each with approximately 12 guests who love food and travel.
By popular demand, I am offering this small group tour again this November, which is the prime time to visit Japan for autumn colors and mild weather.
Unlike many other tours you find in the market, this is not a cookie cutter tour. I have personally developed these 2 tours by visiting each location, restaurant and hotel. This is what I want to share with you.

What is unique about this year’s Tokyo & Kyushu Island tour is after staying in Tokyo, I am offering guests to visit to my hometown in southern Japan.
The island is lush with greens and it is known for its pure water. This is the area our restaurant's fish is also sourced from.
