• We have every grade of Toro, O-Toro (highest grade), Chu-Toro (medium grade) and regular grade. These are rare parts of the big eye tuna and they simply melt in your mouth.
• We also marinate some Toro with our house sauce, sake infused miso and grill them. We call it “Aburi Toro” and it has a smoky flavor mixed with sake and miso.
