Exclusive Sashimi, Sushi, Soba and Sake Pairing Event
Join us for an exclusive Spring Event!
Japanese cuisine has been recognized on the United Nations' UNESCO's Cultural Heritage list since 2013. Where there is good food, good sake is also found all over Japan.
With the celebration of Spring and Japanese cuisine, we will be offering a multi course dinner on May 4th & May 5th. Menu will be posted on the website soon, however no food substitution or accommodation is available for this event.

For this event, as special guests, we are flying in 2 well respected Master Chefs/Owners all the way from southern Japan. Both restaurants are listed in the Michelin Guide for Fukuoka, and Sobakiri Hatae has a Michelin "Bib Gourmand" designation for exceptionally good food at moderate prices.
Mr. Yoshitomi who owns Yashitomi Zushi will be preparing delicious sushi with his 2 assistants and I will be assisting him. He is one I deeply respect as a sushi chef.
Mr. Hatae who owns Sobakiri Hatae will demonstrate how to prepare soba from scratch and he will serve that soba to you on the spot.
